She graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana Medical School in Santo Domingo. Dr. Chang was born in Taiwan and raised in the Dominican Republic.
He discovered his calling for drugs through his missionary godparents. Dr. Chang graduated from Iberoamerican University Medical School in Santo Domingo, and accomplished his pediatric residency on the Woodhull Medical Center at NYU in New York. He is a passionate physician with an incredible love for kids and a devotion for medication. We believe the connection between child, mother or father and pediatrician is exclusive and we take delight in caring for generations of children since 1953.
